One profile for every customer, whichever channel they use.
Kito Customers keeps contact details, consent, labels, open cases and the full conversation history on a single record, so every team sees the same customer.
See the whole relationship before you reply.
Each conversation is matched to a customer record. Reference number, location, open cases and past conversations sit beside the thread, so nobody asks a customer to repeat themselves.
- Profile with reference number and location
- Open cases and recent activity in one place
- Conversations from every channel on one timeline
- Internal notes that stay with the customer
The profile follows the conversation.
Agents do not open a second system to find out who is writing. The profile panel loads next to the thread and updates as cases and labels change.
- Profile panel beside every conversation
- Labels to flag priority or segment customers
- Companies to group people from the same organisation
- Search by name, phone, email or reference
Respect consent. Limit who can see what.
Consent status is recorded on the profile and checked before campaigns send. Roles and branch scopes decide which customers each person can open.
- Opt-out status honoured on every campaign send
- Own, team and organisation access scopes
- Branch restrictions for multi-location teams
- Audit log of sensitive access changes

Questions about Kito Customers.
How are customers matched across channels?
Today the phone number is used to link WhatsApp messages and calls to an existing profile. Other identifiers can be added to a profile by an agent.
Can we import our existing customers?
Yes. A spreadsheet import creates or updates customers using name, reference, email, phone and branch.
Does it store consent?
Yes. Opt-in and opt-out status is kept on the profile and campaigns skip customers who opted out.
Can agents see every customer?
Not unless you allow it. Access follows roles, own, team and organisation scopes and optional branch limits.
Works best with the rest of KitoDesk.
