Billing and AI credits
Plans, AI usage metering and top-ups.
Overview
Your subscription is managed by the KitoDesk team. Settings → Billing shows the plan, status and invoices where enabled.
AI credits
Kito AI features (thread analysis, call summaries, drafts) are metered in credits. One credit equals $0.001 of provider cost. Each call records tokens used, the model and the cost, so the monthly statement reconciles to provider pricing.
- Remaining credits show under Kito AI or Billing.
- When credits run out, AI actions stop with a clear error; the rest of the workspace keeps working.
Usage visibility
Every metered action is logged with who ran it, on what, and its cost.
